Availability of Products

All products on our website are subject to availability as we don’t keep live stock levels. We will do our best to supply you with the product ordered in a reasonable time frame. We will endeavor to update the website if an item is out of stock. From time-to-time, products that are displayed on our website may not be available. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer you a part dispatch for the balance of your order that is available, then send the balance of the order when it is in stock. Alternatively we will issue you with a refund or credit note for that part of the order that cannot be supplied.

 

Processing & Shipping

We will process your order within 7-10 business days but usually we are much quicker. Special orders and made to order products will be processed and dispatched once they are made available. We use Australia Post to send out most of our orders. Shipping price will be given when you checkout of the shopping cart. Delivery times with Australia Post is between 7-10 business days depending on the location. Shipping includes handling and all packaging to ensure your items arrive safely. Customers are responsible for any freight charges incurred by refused or unclaimed shipments.

 

Freight Costs

The majority of our shipping is carried out by Australia Post. We use regular post bags and boxes where possible to send our products to our customers. The freight costs incurred to ship the products are as follows,

Up to 500 g $9.00 inc gst

Up to 3 Kg $16.50 inc gst

Up to 5 Kg $ 18.70 inc gst

Over 5 Kg $25.00 inc gst

 

Warranty

The majority of our products carry a 12 month warranty, these include new filtration systems, taps and spare parts. Filter cartridges do not as we cannot guarantee how long they will last for due to varying factors. However you feel that a cartridge is faulty we will review it and replace it for you if it is faulty. We will not replace a product under warranty if it has been damaged by misuse or we deem it not to be a manufacturing fault. Shower filters are covered under warranty for defective workmanship, however they are not covered if it is cracked from over tightening or general wear and tear.

Refunds and Returns

  • We will provide you with a refund (shipping and handling is not refundable) only if the product is returned (at your cost – please insure the parcel) in a resalable condition. This means that the products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by you during the time the product is in your possession. The product is deemed to be in your possession until we receive the product in accordance to this policy.
  • In order to organize a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify Aeon via the Aeon website at: info@aeonwaterfilters.com.au within 14 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return. Aeon will request that you to complete a Returns Form. To obtain a copy of Aeon Return form, click on the link. You must comply with the directions of Aeon staff in order to facilitate your return. We may request a photo or return of the product to verify the fault.
  • Refunds will only be issued after we received the goods and verified their conditions. All postage cost associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is found to be faulty, Aeon Water Filters will send you the replacement product with no additional freight costs.
