1 Micron Sediment Cartridge
The 1 Micron Sediment Cartridge from Aeon Water Filters helps reduce the presence of dirt, rust, odour, sand, silt and algae. The cartridge is poly spun and is made from virgin polypropylene. The life expectancy of the cartridge is between 6 – 12 months depending of the turbidity of the water being filtered.

2 Micron AquaMetix Cartridge
The new 2 Micron AquaMetix Cartridge is a carbon designed cartridge and is the only carbon cartridge that can take out contaminants from your water like fluoride, chloramines, chlorine, lead, voc’s (Volitile organic compounds) and heavy metals. The cartridge is made from a proprietary matrix of at least two types of activated carbon combined with Zeolite minerals. It is structurally bound with polymers into a highly porous block cartridge form. This very unique and adsorbent carbon will absorb a variety of organic and inorganic substances such as chlorine and the more difficult chloramine. It also reduces both the chlorine and ammonia compound for true chloramine reduction, unlike most cartridges that are available today. Other contaminants reduced is Fluoride, Lead and heavy metals and filters down to 2 microns. It comes in a standard 10’ size (9.75” x 2.6”) and will fit into most standard 10” size filter housings.
The AquaMetix cartridge is manufactured in the USA exclusively and uses the highest grade compliant raw materials combined with cutting edge manufacturing methods which results in an unparalleled performing cartridge. It comes in a 2 micron cartridge and the expected life span is up to 12 months.

The AquaMetix cartridges are not intended to be used where the water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality with out adequate disinfection before or after the filter. The maximum operating temperature is 100 and the maximum operating pressure is 100 psi.
