The Pleated Carbon cartridge is ideal for use with tank water or chlorinated water . With carbon impregnated into the cartridge it is designed to reduce chlorine, taste, odour and sediment from your water supply. It can also be used in water temperatures between 4 – 52 degrees celcius. It is recommended that a sediment cartridge is used before the pleated carbon cartridge, this will extend the life of the cartridge and quality of the water. It is recommended that this cartridge be changed every 6 – 12 months.
